When you request a page or an API route on filingdelta.xyz, our server logs standard request data: your IP address, user agent, the path requested, and the time. We use this only for operating the service and for abuse protection. Logs are kept for operations and abuse protection and rotated automatically.
FilingDelta has no user accounts. We do not ask for, collect or store your name, email address or other personal data. We do not collect Google data from visitors.
Paid cards are bought per request with USDC on Base using the x402 protocol. Payments are made on a public blockchain, so your wallet address and the transaction are publicly visible on the blockchain. We do not hold that data privately, and it is not something we can remove.
The Google/YouTube sign-in connected to FilingDelta is used only for the owner's own social-media upload account. It is not offered to visitors, and visitors are never asked to sign in with Google. We do not collect or store any visitor's Google account data.
